Privacy Policy
Perissos Private Wealth Management (“Perissos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal information you provide when you visit our website or engage our services. As a registered investment adviser, Perissos is also subject to Regulation S-P under the federal securities laws and to applicable Oklahoma privacy requirements.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include when scheduling a consultation or completing a form. For prospective and existing clients we may also collect financial information necessary to provide advisory services (assets, income, account holdings, tax data, beneficiary information). We collect non-identifying technical data through standard server logs, hosting infrastructure, and analytics tools, including cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Information
Personal information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Information Sharing
We share information only with service providers who support our operations, and only as required to deliver services or comply with applicable law. Current third-party service providers include: our qualified custodian, secure document and signature platforms, our website host and CMS, email delivery vendors, scheduling tools (Calendly), CRM and compliance vendors, and standard web analytics providers. Each is contractually obligated to safeguard the information we share.
Security
Sensitive client information is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls, audit logging, multi-factor authentication for advisor systems, and ongoing vendor due diligence.
Incident Response & Notification
Consistent with our incident-response program and applicable law (including the SEC's Regulation S-P amendments), we will investigate any reasonably suspected unauthorized access to or use of sensitive customer information and provide notice to affected individuals as soon as practicable and without unreasonable delay, generally within 30 days of determining that notice is required.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies; doing so may limit some site features. Third-party tools embedded on this site (for example, Calendly scheduling and mapping) may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to recordkeeping requirements imposed on registered investment advisers. To opt out of non-essential communications or analytics, contact us using the address below.
